Product Use - Returns and - Exchange Policy

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases from LUSCIOUS LASHES. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. By ordering from LUSCIOUS LASHES INTERNATIONAL or its local distributors you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the terms.

To learn about LUSCIOUS LASHES’s product usage, return and refund policy, please continue reading as there are limitations on your right to return and obtain a refund for products.

Always ensure that your proof of payment for an order reaches us by 13h00 to ensure that the order is ready for collection on the day that the proof of payment is received.

No cancellation will be accepted nor refund allowed for any goods specially made or ordered.

No refund will be allowed once a customer has attended a training course as the knowledge and know-how has been imparted to the customer. Should the customer require additional training, the customer may enrol into another scheduled course free of charge. Products supplied as part of the course are non-returnable as the products will be used during the course. We urge customers to research the courses and acquint themselves with the basic requirements of the course prior to enrolling. Deposits paid to secure a seat in a course are non refundable if the customer does not attend the course for any reason what so ever. Class sizes are limited and the seat could have been made available to another customer.

All goods can be viewed at our showroom or on line.

Ordering can be done by telephone, fax, and email or on line.

Should you not be in a position to collect your order, we can arrange for the parcel to be sent via courier. All parcels sent with couriers will be received within 2 - 4 days from date of dispatch. Please note that the courier service is not a Luscious Lashes service and is performed by a third party. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery/loss/damage of the item/s caused by any third party.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we will not be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

If the item is returnable and you return it to us unopened in the original packaging, LUSCIOUS LASHES will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to LUSCIOUS LASHES within 5 calendar days of receipt. All returned products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product.

Please note that LUSCIOUS LASHES does not permit the return of; or offer refunds for the following products:
1. Sealed Bonding liquids after 5 days of receipt as these are perishable items
2. Any used product
3. Any product returned that is not in its original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product.
4. Any custom made product
5. Any goods specially ordered that are not in our standard on-line product inventory

Returns are not acceptable due to a change of purchasers’ mind.

If we have already dispatched your order and you then inform us of your wish to cancel your order, you must return the products to the LUSCIOUS LASHES depot that dispatched the products. If you are unable to return the products personally and need to use a courier to return the products, this is done at your own expense. Products must be returned within 5 days of dispatch by LUSCIOUS LASHES. We will offer a full refund of the cost of the goods less a 20% cancellation fee.

In the case of goods that are couriered to you, you may reject receipt of the goods if on inspection they are:
1. Not the goods that you have ordered
2. Defective or damaged in any way.
Please check the goods before signing receipt on the waybill. On signature of the delivery waybill you have accepted that the goods are in good order and suitable for the purpose for which they were bought.
In case you receive damaged or faulty goods, LUSCIOUS LASHES must be notified within 24 hours of receipt that the goods were faulty or damaged. We can't take responsibility for goods short delivered or damaged after this period. It is your responsibility to return goods to Luscious Lashes. If you are not able to do so in person, we can arrange for a courier to collect the goods at your expense.

In the case of a full refund for defective or damaged goods, the full product purchase price (excluding any freight costs you may have paid when placing your order with us) will be refunded directly.

In the case of an exchange, a replacement product will be available for you within 5 days of LUSCIOUS LASHES’s receipt of your faulty product. If you are unable to collect the product personally, we can arrange for a courier to collect the goods at your expense.

In the instance of an exchange, the product will be available for collection at our offices within 5 days of LUSCIOUS LASHES’s receipt of the original item. If you are not able to collect the replacement product in person, we can arrange for a courier to collect the goods at your expense.

All products believed to have a fault must be returned to us within 5 days of receipt. If you are unable to return the product in person, we can arrange for the product to be collected at your expense. Upon receipt of the returned product we will assess its condition before authorising a refund or exchange.
Note: If you are unable to collect or return any item to or from LUSCIOUS LASHES, we recommends that you
(1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and
(2) insure your package for safe return to LUSCIOUS LASHES
so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
If you choose not to
(1) use a carrier that offers tracking or
(2) insure or declare the full value of the product,
you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Product Use
Luscious Lashes branded products are only supplied to therapists who have completed our training course. Therapists are trained in the correct usage of the products and are made aware of the results arising from incorrect use and application of the products. Under no circumstances shall LUSCIOUS LASHES be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the Luscious Lashes Products by the therapist or any other person

Training Courses - Cancellation Fees

We do require a deposit to secure your seat on a training course.

All arrangements for the course including venue hire, flights, accommodation, trainer booking and training kits need to be purchased and paid for in advance of the course. The seats in courses are limited and a confirmed reservation will deny another person a seat on a course. The seats available in a course are updated in realtime and advertised as such on our website and social media and as a result we have no idea how to quantify how many people were turned away by the "sold out" caption against the course date.
Should a client cancel a confirmed course booking or not attend a course for any reason except those shown below, the following cancellation fees will apply:

  • Within 1 week of the course - 75% of the course fee
  • Within 3 weeks of the course - 50% of the course fee
  • More than 3 weeks before the course - no cancellation fee

Any deposits paid will be used to offset a portion of the cancellation fee

We will consider a waiver of - or reduction of the cancellation fees in the following circumstances:

  • death of a direct family member within the booking window leading up to the course
  • hospitalisation of the client (you) due to illness (excluding elective procedures) within the booking window that renders you unfit to attend the course


We do hope that you understand that we makes arrangements to provide the course a substantial time before the date of the course and that we engage trainers to host the course and book venues to run the courses in. Once a booking is confirmed our trainers who are active therapists and salon owners have to cancel their clients for the duration of the course and secure training venues. If you cancel the confirmed booking, the company will suffer damages because of its obligation to those trainers and/or venues. These damages are difficult to measure therefore when a confirmed booking is cancelled at any time up to 3 weeks before the course date, the company has the right to keep the deposits and offset these against a portion of the cancellation fee as calculated above to compensate for expenses and losses which result from cancellation the booking.
